How do I know which courses I have been enrolled in?” tab_id=”1562149360819-5f9149d5-5ec0″][vc_column_text]After signing into Enago Learn, you will have access to your \u201cCourse Dashboard.\u201d Within the dashboard, you will get to track your progress in all the courses that have you been enrolled in. A course dashboard looks like this:

Will I receive a certificate after completing each course?” tab_id=”1562149449725-de639d87-4ac0″][vc_column_text]Yes, you will receive a downloadable e-certificate after the completion of each course. Only if you have attempted all the sections and acquired the minimum passing score (70%) in the quiz for each course will an e-certificate be generated. We have conducted several successful workshops across countries such as Japan, Korea, Turkey, Taiwan, and Thailand. How do I change the site language on Enago Learn?” tab_id=”1562150672847-b3f2a671-7638″][vc_column_text]Although our courses are available only in limited languages (English<\/a>, Chinese<\/a>, Japanese<\/a>, Korean<\/a>, and Spanish<\/a>), you can change the site language to your native language. There will be a specific order number issued to you for your purchase.<\/p>\n

  1. As we provide a secured connection to our users, the prompts from the browser are generally disabled. Do check if addressing the prompts helps resolve errors that you are facing.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Access Enago Learn in incognito mode and see if the errors persist. If yes, you will need to disable additional extensions in your browser and then refresh the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. You can also try clearing cache and cookies\/browsing data. After clearing this information, see if the issue is resolved.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. You may also have to enable JavaScript in your browser.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

You just need to use the e-mail ID through which you signed up on Enago Learn!       Yes. You will not be issued a certificate unless you have completed all the chapters in each course on Enago Learn. If you have completed a chapter on Enago Learn, it will have green ticks across all the courses.<\/p>\n
